SHIPMENTS
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time you placed your order and the availability of the items. Delivery takes place on one working day for all orders placed by 11:00 on the current day,
When processing the order we will indicate the available shipping methods, the cost and the estimated delivery date.
Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.
We remind you that the shipping address of your order must belong to the same market/region in which you made the purchase.
We inform you that orders from new users may exceptionally have slightly longer shipping times in case of any necessary checks on the order.
The courier used is DHL, you will be able to check the status of your shipment directly from the courier's website, thanks to the references that will be communicated to you via e-mail at the same time as the shipment notification.
In the event that, at the time of delivery, the package appears damaged on the outside or broken, please place the following declaration on the Transport Document, together with your signature and that of the courier: "I accept the package (i parcels) subject to inspection because they are damaged". We also ask you to immediately communicate your acceptance with reservation to the following address: customercare@reginatango.com. If the courier refuses to let you place the reservation of control, immediately reject the shipment. In this case, please notify us of the rejection at the following address: customercare@reginatango.com.
You may have placed several orders that will need to be delivered to the same address, fill out the notes field in the final order step to specify how you want to handle multiple orders and how to ship them.

.Orders are processed 24/7 and prepared from our warehouse from 9am-1pm Monday through Friday.
Please note: any customs duties are not included in the shipping charges displayed and are the responsibility of the customer.
And we try to get everywhere. If your delivery address has any type of restriction, we will indicate it to you at the time of purchase.

Keep in mind that if your order includes a large item, neither in-store shipping nor at a delivery point will be available.
If, on the other hand, your new REGINA® product didn't make you fall in love with it, there's no problem, because within 14 days of sending it, you have the option to change or return it by following the directions found on our terms and conditions page.
Please note: return is not possible for custom shoes made especially to the customer's specifications.
