Questions regarding REGINA® heels

What is the difference between regular heel, Y heel, S heel and GS heel?

This is one of our 9cm heels

The "Y" heel compared to our normal heel is slightly shifted forward under the heel as a position , and this is the most obvious thing.

The "S" or sprayed heel is instead slightly shifted back.

This is the "GS" heel, it is like our regular heel but sprayed and not covered.

Do you also have heels lower than 7cm? What heel heights are available?

We certainly produce shoes with a wide variety of heels, as for sandals we can have heels from 5cm up to 10cm.
Please note: Heels lower than 7cm turn out a little wider and less tapered.

The heel height measurement should be taken from the center back, at the junction between the sole and heel, to the heel undercut EXCLUDED.
Heels are commensurate with shoe size, so based on size development, center sizes such as a 36-37 will have a heel of exact height, as size increases or decreases we will have proportionally higher or lower heel heights.

Each shoe has a 5mm under-heel plus a second one provided free of charge.

Regina currently uses three types of heels: a classic heel, used since 2010 until now with exceptional stability, and since 2014 we have also included a heel with a stiletto Y-shape, thinner and positioned slightly further forward, the third is a sprayed heel, without the wreath and positioned slightly further back.

Our models are all available on 9 different heel heights marked with an alphabetical code:

• A = 10,00cm;
• AY = 10,50cm;
• BS = 09,00cm;
• B = 09,00cm;
• BY = 09,50cm;
• CS = 08,00cm;
• C = 08,00cm;
• CY = 08,50cm
• D = 07,00cm;
• E = 06,00cm;

The NTRJ line is built on a very comfortable spool cleat 4.5cm. Ideal for practicing.

The KATY line is built on a cleat almost very close to the ground comfortable 1.00 cm. Ideal for those who also want to dance as a leader, or to teach.

The ETOILE line is built on a very 1.00 cm heel comfortable, almost in the center of the ground. Very soft and flexible.

The BOTITAS line with 2.50 cm heel. Made of very soft leather unlined suede and slightly reinforced at the toe and heel.

What heels for men's shoes are available?

We can offer 3 kinds of heels for men's shoes.

The first one from the left is made of rubber and in the center size measures about 2.5cm, the second, the one in the middle, is wood and in the center sizes measures about 2cm and the third, the one from the right, is covered wood and measures in the center sizes 2cm.

All models in stock can be viewed in the relevant sections of the site.

If a specific detail of the shoe or clothing model is not present, it means that combination is out of stock or is not available in stock.

Each model can be created by customizing its characteristics always at discretion and within times of the REGINA® company, unless otherwise communicated.

As standard you will find the 36.5, 37.5 and 38.5 for women.

As standard you will find the 41.5, 42.5 and 43.5 for men.

The missing half number is not produced regularly but only on order.

Proud of having invented the extra padding "Regina Tango Shoes The Original No More Pain COMFORT Tango Style®" in 4/5mm memory foam. Very comfortable, so you are comfortable from the first use.

You can find it in all our sandal models!

In the practice shoes you will find a removable and washable memory foam insole.

• NORMAL fit: it is the most widespread because our sole, with fairly rounded shape, fits well and is suitable for every type of foot. We care about have different types of fit of the models, because we have known you and have since each of you has a different foot need than every other girl! For this reason each mod. Regina dresses in slightly different ways from one another on the other.
• SLIM fit: it is our narrow shape with an elongated and tapered sole, ideal for very thin, elongated feet or for those with Egyptian or Greek foot shapes (big toe longer or second toe longer than the big toe).
• WIDE fit: it is a shape reserved for ballerinas who have large feet with very developed muscles or with inflamed hallux valgus.

All our items undergo strict quality control so that you can receive them and enjoy them to the fullest.

Despite this, if you received a defective item in your order, you have 14 days to contact us via the appropriate returns form .

• Do not wash
• Do not use bleach / whitener
• Leather/Patent/Antik. Clean with a dry cotton cloth..
• Suede/Nubuck/Suede leather. Clean with a soft brush or a hard sponge.
• Leather. It is possible to apply colorless waxes or waxes of the same tone as the leather.
• Suede/Nubuck/Suede leather. They can be protected with special sprays or dust repellents (water repellent for mops).
